Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was comfortable and great for a night's stay, close to the suburb of Hoole and just a stone's throw from Chester city centre. The service was beyond excellent for most, but breakfast being an added cost and limited options were a downside for others. The location was ideal, offering a balance of being close enough to the centre to enjoy the area without the noise, although some felt it needed refurbishment. The dining experience was friendly and welcoming, but some faced unexpected charges. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Chester city centre and the local area, with nice local shops nearby. The main drawback was the limited parking availability. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff featured prominently in the positive aspects of the stay.
The hotel is convenient for exploring Chester city centre and the local area, close to some good restaurants for dinner. The rooms may be a bit difficult to find at a reasonable price, especially for three people sharing one room. The service was average, with limited parking available, but the staff allowed an early check-in to accommodate our plans. The location is excellent, close to tourist sites, stores, pubs, and transportation hubs. The dining experience was friendly, but there were limited options and additional charges for breakfast not clearly communicated in advance.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were extremely clean and spacious, with lots of extra pillows and blankets, making it really cosy for the four of us. The service was top-notch, very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to meet our expectations. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and close to many attractions. While the dining was fantastic, I do wish they offered breakfast on-site. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
